There are two things that are questioned in this research, namely how family law explains the demographic bonus phenomenon and how Islamic family law utilizes the demographic bonus. This research is descriptive-qualitative research using library literature or literature study. The results of this research show that on the one hand, Islam allows us to have many offspring, but on the other hand, if there are aspects that result in neglect of children's rights, then wise control should be given to giving birth to offspring. The family has a vital role in maximizing the demographic bonus opportunities that exist in Indonesia by carefully implementing the rules of marriage, both before, during the marriage and after the marriage by fulfilling the rights and obligations that are beneficial for each family member, especially the next generation as continuation figures and enjoyers of opportunities. demography bonus.
2023-12-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Rahman Subha https://mantagiinstitute.or.id/ojs/index.php/mji/article/view/14 Aplikasi Al-Dalil dalam Epistimologi Hukum Ibnu Hazm 2023-11-01T01:03:24+07:00 Wardatun Nabilah wardatunnabilah@uinmybatusangkar.ac.id Dewi Putri dewiputri@uinmybatusangkar.ac.id Nurul 'Aini Octavia nurulainioctavia@uinmybatusangkar.ac.id Deri Rizal deririzal@uinmybatusangkar.ac.id
This study aims to explore the understanding of Ibnu Hazm's Islamic legal system and find the source. Islamic law discovery methods tend to be dominated by a textual framework. Methods of discovering Islamic law, such as bayani, ta'lili, and istislahi, still seem normative-textual. This causes Islamic law to be incompetent in answering various problems of contemporary society. In fact, the changing times that have occurred have given rise to new problems that must be answered by Islam, so that Islamic law remains relevant. Fazlur Rahman has tried to offer a method of discovering contemporary Islamic law, namely the double movement method, to answer the contemporary problems of Muslims. This method uses a contextualist approach while still prioritizing the text of the text. Even though it has also been criticized by various parties, it is hoped that the method offered will be able to provide answers to the problems faced by Muslims today.
2023-12-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Riska Fauziah Hayati https://mantagiinstitute.or.id/ojs/index.php/mji/article/view/16 Digitalisasi Koperasi Syariah di Indonesia 2024-01-02T08:15:27+07:00 Jelli Purnama Sari Jellipurnamasari@gmail.com Mahlil Bunaiya mahlilbunaiya@uinib.ac.id
This paper explores the imperative need for the digitalization efforts of Sharia cooperatives amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The global call for and adoption of physical distancing measures to curb the spread of the virus has led to a significant decline in overall economic activities. Sharia cooperatives are facing challenges in their operations, and with the public advised to stay at home during the pandemic, micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) are experiencing a decline in income. Consequently, the cooperative movement cannot evade the era of digitalization, as online transactions have witnessed rapid growth during the COVID-19 pandemic. This trend is a consequence of regulations such as Work From Home (WFH) and large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), affecting offline transactions and ultimately driving all transactions online. The commitment to digitalizing cooperatives aligns with the current emphasis by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises on realizing modern cooperatives through digital development
2023-12-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Jelli Purnama Sari, Mahlil Bunaiya https://mantagiinstitute.or.id/ojs/index.php/mji/article/view/2 Penyelesaian Sengketa Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) 2024-01-03T06:06:02+07:00 Aufa Islami islamiaufa12@gmail.com
Sharia People's Credit Banks (BPRS) are financial institutions that conduct business activities based on Sharia principles, and in their operations, they do not provide services in payment transactions.
