This paper explores the imperative need for the digitalization efforts of Sharia cooperatives amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The global call for and adoption of physical distancing measures to curb the spread of the virus has led to a significant decline in overall economic activities. Sharia cooperatives are facing challenges in their operations, and with the public advised to stay at home during the pandemic, micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) are experiencing a decline in income. Consequently, the cooperative movement cannot evade the era of digitalization, as online transactions have witnessed rapid growth during the COVID-19 pandemic. This trend is a consequence of regulations such as Work From Home (WFH) and large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), affecting offline transactions and ultimately driving all transactions online. The commitment to digitalizing cooperatives aligns with the current emphasis by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises on realizing modern cooperatives through digital development
